Gordon Tsui
Managing Partner
Gordon leads strategic direction, focusing on special situation deals and business incubation. He is a serial entrepreneur who previously achieved a successful exit and has accelerated multiple companies as a fractional operator while at Growth Factor Ventures. Previously, he was the founding General Partner of Root and Shoot Ventures, an early-stage venture fund.
Michael Chen
Managing Partner
Michael spearheads operations with a dedicated focus on co-GP funds, including Fund of Funds. He was previously at Credit Suisse in Equity Research covering semiconductors and was on the Group Growth team at a fintech unicorn where he managed their US$150m+ Series C fundraise.

Jonny Lam
Partner
Jonathan leads finance with a focus on Venture Capital investments and fund incubation. He was previously the CEO of Peerfunder, a fintech lending platform, and Managing Partner of Localcoin, where he scaled the company to become the largest physical exchange in Canada generating eight-figure annual revenue.
Linda Lai
Partner
Linda leads marketing efforts and oversees network strategy. She was previously the CMO of Ruggable, where she scaled the unicorn company from <US$1m to high nine-figures in profitable revenue, and formerly a strategy consultant at BCG.
Ada Lee
Head of Operations
Ada leads process implementation and strategic initiatives. She was previously EVP at MedMen where she oversaw growth of the organization from pre-seed to IPO.

We have carefully curated a group of professionals, called Guardian Angels, across geographies to act as advisors to Unity Holdings. By leveraging the investment and industry expertise of our advisors – who have a breadth of domain knowledge across a portfolio of asset classes – we are able to evaluate and bring a diverse set of high-quality investment opportunities to our collective. Our advisors assist with identifying valuable investment opportunities, deal structuring, catalyzing portfolio companies, and expanding our network.
